A young family desired to live with their two children in the historic district of Annapolis. The clients had to create a plan that provided the opportunity for their two children to play, engage nature, rest, explore, and find respite while also wanting a space to host dinners, cocktail parties, and movie nights. Nearly 90% of rainwater infiltrates the groundwater system.
