MEGAN CRABTREE
FOUNDER / INTERIORS / REAL ESTATE
Megan began her career in marketing for a Fortune 500 company and eventually landed in the fashion industry in Los Angeles. After working for a well-known brand, and as the Director of Marketing for a fair trade jewelry company, she decided to use these skills in a new field on the East Coast. She brought her expertise to a high-end home builder and developer who specializes in architecturally designed custom homes.
After Jordan and she traveled throughout Africa to speak on behalf LOCH at an international design conference on housing, they dreamed of creating homes, spaces, and places that they designed and developed.
Megan led their venture into real estate design and development by acquiring two historic 200 and 300 yr old homes in the historic district of Annapolis. Megan transformed the deteriorated collective seven apartments into boutique flats named Annapolis Flats. From historic foundation repairs to full furnishing, art curation, every light fixture and finish, Megan designed and oversaw the remodeling of the seven flats. She also serves as the property manager for both long and short-term units.
Additionally, Megan has designed interiors for boutique large-scale client developments alongside Jordan who focuses on the landscape. She also leads LOCH Collective's marketing and business development.
